Moisture Sensitivity Level

Moisture Sensitivity Level or MSL is a classification defined by JEDEC standard J-STD-020 that applies to nonhermetic solid state surface mount devices (SMDs) that are sensitive to moisture induced stress. In general all products, EXCEPT for products provided in packed, dry bags, are MSL 1.
