Conflict Minerals Statement

QA Manager Summary:

We, ROHM Group, prescribe the selection of our business partners/suppliers by a fair and rational criteria based on compliance with laws, respect for social ethics, environmental preservation, respect for human rights, maintenance of health and safety, elimination of anti-social forces and/or groups and the like.

Under this policy, we will not allow our supply chain to procure "conflict minerals" controlled by non-governmental military groups.
